I think the term "Essential Blockchain" should be used to represent the following concept. It refers to a flexible blockchain architecture that uses different scales of consensus networks according to the importance of business scenarios:

- Major, high-value events use a considerable-scale consortium chain with many nodes for strong security and decentralization.

- Minor, low-risk events use a small consortium chain with fewer nodes for efficiency.

- Trivial matters can even use a single-node chain to minimize cost.
It is a “scalable, tiered blockchain” that matches node count and decentralization level to actual needs
