When I play a Steam game, I usually like to check the server';s menu which is to click F1, but my laptop has the "help command" with the F1, so to check the menu I have to do ctrl+F1 and usually when I do my computer gets "messed up." Like when I click "D" on my Dell XPS M1330 Keyboard it takes me out of my game (not closing the program) and "blinks" and then when I click "E" it opens up "My Computer." And a bit more that is messed up..
To clarify:
My keyboard is messed up/not working "properly"
Usually does it when I play my game..
I really want to know how can I fix this... And an optional question request, is there anyway I can remove the features on my F1-12 and do them manually?
This is my F1-F12 layout:
F1 - Help command
F2/F3 - Brightness control
F4 - Monitor Control
F5 - Open the internet
F6/F7/F8 - " layback" controls (Rewind, Forward, Play/Pause, etc)
F9/F10/F11 - Sound Control
F12 - Internet access on/off "switch.
