引言
作为世界著名难题,费马大定理虽然1995年被英国数学家安德鲁•怀尔斯(Andrew Wiles)证明,但因其证明并不初等而仍然让全世界“耿耿于怀”。
如果说复杂深奥的证明的是纷繁迷茫的现象,那么只有初等证明才是数学证明的本源,所以初等证明在数学中占有的地位要远大于那些不初等的证明。
把问题弄深奥并不困难。困难的是把深奥变浅显。把繁杂的思路化为浅易,这才是最困难的。只有思路化易才能发现问题的本源。
并且费马大定理浅易证明的意义远不止数学,主要还在于改变了人类对科学的习惯认识。是人类认识上的一次飞跃。
中国的已故数学家潘承洞说:要发现巧妙有用的初等方法,往往需要天才的机智,相对于发现深奥的方法要困难得多。
所以,学界没有人轻易相信会突然冒出一个名不见经传的愣头青样的人会给出大定理一个正确的本源性的初等证明,因为那意味着出现了奇迹。
而有人竟然说他一下子就鼓捣出了4个这样的本源性的 “奇迹”。
“也许他是个疯子吧。”整个世界可能都会这样不屑一顾。
不过窃以为,还是看看的好,也不费事,就几页稿纸…
