Laptop Keyboard stopped working?

Hello. I own a toshiba laptop. The Toshiba Keyboard was working, everything was good, but all of a sudden some buttons seemed to be stuck. The computer was really slow, so I decided to restart. After that, The keyboard wasnt working at all. I couldn';t login in the windows, but it wasn';t working even in the bios etc. The caps lock key has a small light, that is turned on when its activated, but it doesnt seem to work either! What Should I do?
Today I tried to turn on the laptop, without the power cable, and it started doing some beeps. 1 long beep and 2 short beeps, then pause, and same again, all the time this thing. The screen does not turn on, and I Heard that its probably a video card problem. But here is the thing, something weird happened. Some lights on the keyboard were turned on, also the light on the caps lock was on, like i had caps lock enabled.. the power button was blue and orange at the same time, i don';t know what';s going. Any ideas what this might be? If I let it for a few minutes I can turn on the computer normally, but still the keyboard still is not working.
